JOB DESCRIPTION: 1) Monthly forecast calculation and communication to supplier. 2) Daily rundown calculation & Ordering based on stock given by the respective shop. 3) Logistics planning for ordered Raw Material. 4) Order connectivity confirmation through continuous follow up with Supplier & logistics partners. 5) Taking FG stock detail by supplier/MSIL confirmation & calculating the coverage for production. 6) Ensuring the parts ordering according to the production plan (DPP). 7) Effectively co-ordinate with TLI/TLKI logistics partners & Suppliers for ensuring all the parts on time. 8) Hourly checking the received parts, according to PDS ( Part dispatch sheet) through scanning & confirming the GRN for received parts. 9) Attending line calls for Part shortage, Wrong part, Short quantity & Packing issues & analyzing the problem & clearing the responsibility & tacking immediate action for the issues. 10) Conducting monthly inventory & simulating it & checking the difference between system inventory & physical inventory & adjusting the difference quantity. 11) Emergency order management for undeclared rejection & scrap. 12) Monitoring current packing issues and Improvement in existing packing. 13) Order connectivity confirmation in Cross Docks (Delhi, Pune & Chennai) & Sharing dispatch miss detail & follow up with supplier for connective of orders. 14) Route controlling and monitoring the pickup & unloading of trucks as per plan. 15) Logistics planning for abnormality management (Strike condition, Slide condition) 16) Additional vehicle management for abnormality & special conditions. 17) Monthly conducting the Packing audit & Truck audit, to ensure the good quality of parts by supplier & ensuring zero breakdown of trucks . 18) Daily KPI updating and monitoring abnormalities like Overflow, Part shortage, Dispatch Miss, Wrong part, Rejection & Scrap, Dispatch delay, Truck break down, Safety incidents. 19) Supplier delivery rating evaluation considering issues. 20) Making reports of weekly & Monthly summary. 21) Control of manpower & taking the productivity form them. 22) Smooth co-ordination with MSIL team for effective Countermeasure s.
