Strong experience with data centers covering physical set-up, operational design, fleet management, and optimization. Deep understanding of data center KPIs , industry benchmarks, and operational efficiency levers. Experience working with Fortune 500 clients , especially in technology, telecom, or financial services . Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation programs and drive measurable impact. Accountable for achieving service level, cost, quality and employee morale within his/her AOR. Oversee logistics planning, supply chain operations, and store management to ensure efficient transportation of goods. Develop and implement effective strategies for fleet optimization, reducing costs and improving efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to fleet operations and customer service. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all aspects of fleet management. Desired Candidate Profile 3-8 years of experience in fleet account management or a related field (fleet operations, logistics operations). Strong understanding of fleet management principles, including vehicle tracking, maintenance scheduling, and inventory control. Proficiency in using software applications for fleet management such as GPS tracking systems or route optimization tools. Excellent communication skills for working effectively with customers and internal stakeholders on complex issues.
