Role Description: The Logistics PMO will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, overseeing projects and driving business KPI reporting within the Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence (COE). This role requires a strong understanding of logistics operations and excellent stakeholder management skills. The person will be responsible for tracking the progress of assigned activities, monitoring key KPIs, and ensuring alignment with the glidepath of identified initiatives. Additionally, they will coordinate with teams executing centralization projects, manage project timelines, and facilitate key meetings to drive successful project execution and process improvements. Responsibilities: Stakeholder Engagement and Management Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand project-specific needs and ensure timely updates on activity statuses. Provide consistent updates to leadership on the progress of resiliency metrics and associated activities. Foster effective communication and collaboration across teams to ensure alignment on goals and objectives. Facilitate key meetings and steering committee sessions to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives Reporting and Governance Develop dashboards using Excel or other relevant tools to track performance against established metrics Manage the reporting of key metrics, ensuring data integrity and accuracy Project Coordination and Process Optimization • Coordinate logistics Centralization projects, ensuring seamless stakeholder communication and alignment with business objectives Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation Monitor project timelines, progress, and risks, driving timely resolutions to ensure successful outcomes. Analyze and optimize processes in the areas of logistics sourcing, network optimization, warehousing for business metrics Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial accountability Technical Competencies & Service Delivery Requirements Analyze existing processes related to business metrics to identify opportunities for improvement Recommend and implement changes that enhance process efficiency and effectiveness. Automation and Centralization Identify opportunities for automation within reporting functions to streamline processes. Focus on the centralization of dashboards and reports to improve overall efficiency. Basic Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited institution. PMP certification preferred • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, ERP systems like SAP). • 10+ years of experience in PMO/supply chain management or logistics or related fields, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for analytics and presentations is mandatory. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities for stakeholder management. • High learning agility, accountability, and effective collaboration skills. • Ability to work effectively in a global environment with stakeholders located in different regions. • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify issues accurately and articulate observations effectively.
