Conduct regular analysis of transportation costs and identify opportunities for optimization. Ensure compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements related to logistics and dispatch operations. Serve as the primary interface for customer communication pertaining to dispatch timelines and logistics queries. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IMS standards including ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 50001. Initiate and manage change requests; ensure proper documentation and implementation of approved changes. Administer end-to-end warehouse operations including inventory control, space management, and safety compliance. Authorize dispatch invoices and ensure all dispatches are supported by valid and approved documentation. Coordinate effectively with transporters to ensure reliable and cost-efficient services.
