Role : Logistics Executive

Experience

2+ Years in Logistics Industry

Key responsibilities

Co-ordinates with HO team and plan daily dispatches and book vehicles or couriers.
Cost optimisation while deploying the vehicle
Prepare dispatch documents (invoice, LR, e-way bill).
Track shipments and update customers and internal teams on status or delays.
Collect PODs and close shipments in the system.
Keep daily dispatch and delivery reports up to date.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.
Basic knowledge of transport documents and e-way bills.
Good Excel and communication skills
Organised, follows up well, works to deadlines.
