Logistics Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to join our dynamic team. The Logistics Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire logistics process, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods while optimizing costs and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing documentation, and resolving operational challenges to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Plan and track the movement of products according to customer requirements, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Prepare and process all necessary logistics documentation, including shipping manifests, customs declarations, invoices, and delivery notes.
• Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, freight forwarders, and customers to ensure smooth and efficient logistics processes.
• Negotiate with carriers and logistics service providers to secure favorable rates and service agreements.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
• Address and resolve any issues or delays that arise during the shipping and delivery process, escalating complex problems when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant international and domestic logistics regulations, customs procedures, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities, expenses, and performance metrics.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of logistics strategies and best practices.
