Job Description – Logistics Executive / Logistics Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Logistics Executive / Logistics Engineer with minimum 6 years of experience in logistics operations, E-Way Bill management, and foreign/custom documentation. The candidate should have strong knowledge of domestic and international logistics processes, transportation coordination, dispatch planning, and customs clearance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle complete logistics operations including dispatch planning and transportation coordination.

* Managing Local dispatches and pickups with vendors and suppliers.

* Generate and manage E-Way Bills, Packing slips, and dispatch documents accurately.

* Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and warehouse teams for timely material movement.

* Manage import/export documentation and coordinate foreign/custom clearance activities.

* Follow up with CHA (Custom House Agent), freight forwarders, and shipping agencies.

* Ensure proper documentation for GST, Delivery Challans, Job work Challans, E-Way Bills, LR copies, packing lists, and export/import documents.

* Track shipments and provide regular updates to internal teams and customers.

* Resolve logistics-related issues and ensure smooth material delivery.

* Maintain logistics records, reports, and MIS data.

* Manage out gate passes for goods vehicle and ensure GIN at customer end.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

*20-30% travelling if needed for custom clearance.

Required Skills:

* Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.

* Hands-on experience in E-Way Bill generation and GST documentation.

* Good knowledge of import/export procedures and customs documentation.

* Experience in handling foreign shipment coordination.

* Good communication and negotiation skills.

* Knowledge of relevant software systems will be an added advantage.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualification:

* Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma

* Additional certification in Logistics/Supply Chain will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

* 5+ years of relevant experience in logistics and customs handling.

* Good coordination and problem-solving skills..

* Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
