1. Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Logistics Executive (Fresher) to join our FMCG company. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in daily logistics operations, coordinating product dispatches, tracking deliveries, maintaining records, and ensuring the timely movement of goods.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatches and deliveries of FMCG products.
• Coordinate with transporters, drivers, warehouse staff, and sales teams.
• Track shipments and follow up on pending or delayed deliveries.
• Assist with inventory management and stock reconciliation.
• Ensure proper handling of products during loading, transportation, and delivery.
• Resolve basic delivery-related issues in coordination with the concerned teams.
• Support day-to-day warehouse and logistics activities.

3. Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any stream or diploma holder.
• Candidates with a background in Commerce, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management will be preferred.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.

4. Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.

5. Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000, depending on skills and suitability.
