Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Logistics Executive to manage order confirmation, shipment dispatch, courier coordination, and Return to Origin (RTO) handling. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate order processing, timely dispatches, proper shipment tracking, and minimizing delivery failures and RTO cases.

Key Responsibilities

1. Order Confirmation

• Verify and confirm customer orders before dispatch.
• Check customer contact details, delivery addresses, and order information for accuracy.
• Coordinate with customers to confirm order details and delivery availability.
• Update order status in the order management system.

2. Dispatch Management

• Coordinate with warehouse staff and courier partners to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
• Generate shipping labels, prepare dispatch manifests, and maintain shipment records.
• Monitor shipment pickups and ensure orders are handed over to courier partners on time.
• Track shipments and follow up on delayed or pending deliveries.

3. RTO Management

• Monitor and manage RTO (Return to Origin) shipments.
• Identify reasons for failed deliveries, cancellations, and returned orders.
• Coordinate with courier partners to resolve delivery-related issues.
• Maintain accurate RTO records and prepare regular reports.
• Take appropriate measures to reduce RTO rates and improve delivery success.

4. Reporting and Coordination

• Maintain daily records of confirmed orders, dispatched shipments, pending orders, and RTO cases.
• Prepare daily operational reports using MS Excel or relevant software.
• Coordinate with customer support, warehouse, and operations teams.
• Ensure accurate data entry and timely updates of shipment statuses.
• Identify operational issues and support improvements in logistics processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in logistics, e-commerce operations, order processing, or dispatch management is preferred.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and meet daily deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of courier portals, shipment tracking, and RTO processes will be an advantage.
