Job Title: Logistics Executive – Exports

Location: Khopoli
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 3 years in export logistics operations

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Executive to manage and coordinate export operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in documentation, shipping coordination, and compliance with export regulations, ensuring smooth and timely delivery of goods to international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end export documentation including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and export declarations.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA (Custom House Agents), transporters, and shipping lines for timely dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, and other regulatory requirements.
• Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Manage LC (Letter of Credit) documentation and bank submissions.
• Maintain accurate export records and prepare periodic MIS reports.
• Resolve any logistics-related issues or delays proactively.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in export logistics.
• Strong knowledge of export procedures, shipping terms (Incoterms), and documentation.
