Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable supply and favorable terms. Negotiation & Cost Optimization: Negotiate pricing, MOQs (Minimum Order Quantities), payment terms, and delivery schedules to maximize profitability. Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to ensure competitive procurement. ERP & Data Management: Use ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to process orders, track shipments, and maintain supplier records. Generate procurement reports and analyze supplier performance using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
