Analyse price trends and market conditions to identify cost-saving opportunities. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier contracts. Creation of PO/PFI in the ZOHO, Negotiating the terms with supplier in best interest of Company Ensure cost-effective and timely procurement aligned with budgetary requirements. Import & Export Logistics: Manage the complete logistics process for import and export, including documentation, shipping, customs clearance, and coordination with freight forwarders and clearing agents. Ensure compliance with all import/export laws, regulations, and trade agreements. Prepare and verify shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin. Track shipments and proactively resolve delays, damages, or discrepancies. Liaise with internal departments (sales, production, finance) to align supply chain and delivery schedules. Reporting & Analysis: Generate regular reports on procurement status, shipment progress, and vendor performance.
