Ensure timely publication of monthly freight provisions and closure of milk run, handling, and FTL bills. Process 45+ bills/month amounting to 3035 crores, including FTL, milk run, and inward handling bills. Maintain and publish billing and vendor agreement tracker dashboards. Liaise with legal teams for agreement execution and compliance. SAP & Automation Create and maintain SAP TM POD repository with Excel integration for real-time tracking. Develop and automate SAP docket master for centralized transaction reference. Share updated freight matrix weekly/fortnightly with logistics teams. Cost Optimization Enable freight negotiation with measurable cost reductions Standardize and streamline processes for seamless scalability. Audit & Compliance Address internal and external audit queries (IFC, Deloitte, PWC) within 2 weeks. Document cost center mapping, GST details, and SOPs for vendor agreements. Export Logistics Coordinate sea/air shipments with internal and external teams. Manage e-way bill compliance and carton count limitations. Maintain shipment tracker dashboards with ETD, ETA, freight cost, and CPS. Plan documentation and delivery timelines for airlift and sealift operations. Vendor Onboarding & Legal Coordination Onboard vendors like SVLS, GAC, DHL, and ISS-Global through formal agreements. Ensure port registrations (SHJ, DXB) for store movements.
