Join our team as an SEO Executive Intern and contribute to achieving key organizational goals in organic traffic growth. You will assist in developing and executing effective On-page SEO strategies based on keyword research, current rankings, competitor analysis, and trends. Support the optimization of underperforming or outdated landing pages to enhance organic visibility. Collaborate on Off-page SEO efforts, including guest posting (free and paid), Quora contributions, and publishing on high-authority platforms. Stay updated with evolving SEO trends and Google algorithm updates to adapt strategies accordingly. Help monitor technical and engagement metrics such as page speed, bounce rate, and user session time. Coordinate with IT and content teams to ensure optimized content and an enhanced user experience. Build and execute On-page SEO strategies based on keywords,current ranking, competitor analysis, trend etc. to sustain and achieve top organic ranking. Capable of optimizing non-performing/outdated landing pages to improve organic traffic. Build and execute detailed Off-page SEO strategies including guest posting (Free & paid), Quora and publishing blogs/articles on high authority websites. Keep abreast and change strategies in line with new SEO trends and google updates. Monitor technical and engagement parameters like page speed, bounce rates, time spent etc. Coordinate with the IT and content team to ensure relevant content and user experience on required pages. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the SEO team to plan, execute, and optimize on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies. Stay up-to-date with current SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and emerging techniques like AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and voice search optimization . Conduct regular website audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Develop link-building and outreach strategies to improve domain authority and keyword ranking. Collaborate with the content and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented. Track, analyze, and report performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Present monthly reports and actionable insights to management and clients. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience (4+ years) in SEO with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership or team management role. Strong knowledge of AEO, technical SEO, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and E-E-A-T principles. Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google Data Studio. Deep understanding of content optimization, link-building strategies, and keyword intent mapping. Analytical mind-set with the ability to interpret data and develop data-driven strategies. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
