Education / Qualifications Hexagon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to design, build, and manage our Azure cloud infrastructure. This role will be instrumental in implementing DevOps practices using Azure DevOps, optimizing and managing Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) clusters for containerized applications, and configuring and maintaining Azure-based servers and Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments. Should have relevant bachelors degree in Engineering stream. Proficiency with monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, LogicMonitor). Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud environments across different OS platforms. Experience with virtualization platforms and cloud security strategies. Hands-on experience with container orchestration (e.g., Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) or equivalent). Proficient in automation tools (e.g., Puppet and Terraform) and scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell). Experience in setting up alerting and monitoring for containerized and microservices environments (Kubernetes, Docker). Familiarity with DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipeline development. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on proactive identification and resolution of issues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect, or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) are highly desirable. Position summary: Ensure that the team is sufficiently and adequately staffed in all shifts with rightly skilled resources to support 24x7 operations. Has a secondary role as Technical Lead to drive team to perform L1.5 tasks such as Patching, SOP Based troubleshooting, Automation via Scripts etc.. Key responsibilities: 24 x 7 Prod OPS Ensures that 24 x 7 Prod OPS team is working effectively. Ensures that Standard Operating Procedures are in place for all Prod OPS tasks and that escalation to support teams is timely and effective. Ensure that monitoring is in place for all client infrastructure and maintain inventory. Ensure that critical alerts are actioned on promptly before business impact. Ensure timely escalation and track issues till resolution. Role Overview: We are hiring a senior Network Operations Lead to oversee day-to-day managed services operations for enterprise network environments across clients. This role requires strong technical depth in networking technologies and a proactive, hands-on leadership style. Key Responsibilities: Lead L2 network support operations (routing, switching, firewall, VPN, SD-WAN). Review team performance, guide on troubleshooting, and ensure operational SLAs are met. Perform periodic health checks, configuration reviews, and drive network improvements. Ensure adherence to network security and compliance best practices. Coordinate with ISPs, clients, and cross-functional teams for issue resolution. Validate incident tickets, changes, and problems; drive RCA and documentation. Work with the monitoring team to ensure relevant alerting and visibility. Lead the onboarding and documentation of new clients. Required Skills: Strong technical expertise in: Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Fortinet, Palo Alto (firewalls, routers, switches) Load Balancers (F5, Citrix) SD-WAN, VPN, MPLS, BGP, OSPF Experience with monitoring tools like SolarWinds, LogicMonitor, etc. Exposure to NAC, NMS, wireless and security operations.
