You will work with cross-functional and cross-regional teams for data analysis, monitoring, and forecasting. This involves creating the logic for and implementing strategies, providing requirements to data scientists and technology teams on attribute, model, and platform requirements. Additionally, you will communicate with global stakeholders to ensure the delivery of the best possible customer experience. As a technical expert on complex and specialist subjects, you will support management with the analysis, interpretation, and application of complex information. Your contributions will aid in achieving divisional and corporate goals by supporting or leading projects within your area of expertise. Your main responsibilities will include leading the development and implementation of advanced analytical models and algorithms to facilitate decision-making processes. You will utilize statistical analysis and machine learning techniques to derive insights from large and complex datasets. Collaboration with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, translating them into actionable analytical solutions is crucial. Moreover, designing and conducting experiments to test hypotheses and evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and interventions will be part of your role. Mentoring and coaching junior team members, providing guidance on technical skills and professional development, will also be expected. Communication of findings and recommendations to stakeholders through data visualization, reports, and presentations is essential. Staying updated with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and technology trends to evaluate their potential impact on the business is a key aspect of this position. We are looking for candidates with a Master's or Ph.D. degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. A minimum of 4-8 years of experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights and solutions, is required. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL, and experience with statistical analysis tools and libraries is essential. A strong understanding of quantitative methods, including regression analysis, time series analysis, optimization, and experimental design, is necessary. Experience working with Cloud Technologies, especially Azure, is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making processes, are expected. Prior experience in a senior-level role is preferred. Analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail, planning and organizing skills, influencing and persuasion skills, and presentation skills are qualities that will contribute to success in this role.
