Role Overview: The candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and interpreting in vivo and in vitro DMPK studies to support drug discovery and development programs. The role involves modelling, simulation, bioanalysis review, and contributing to IND-enabling studies. Key Responsibilities: Design, conduct, and interpret in vivo pharmacokinetic (PK) studies. Serve as SME for QC in ADME/PK and bioanalysis; review ADME/PK study reports. Perform PK-PD and PBPK modelling using tools such as GastroPlus, SimCYP, PK-Sim, and R.
