The Architectural Draughtsman position requires an individual who is an expert in Architectural 2D drafting with proper detailing. You should be capable of preparing General Floor Construction (GFC) drawings for the entire project and log-working drawings for cottages and log-houses. It is essential to have a strong understanding of log details and components used in log working to meet the required standards. Calculating the material quantity for the overall project based on GFC and log working is also a key responsibility. Additionally, you should be proficient in creating Door/window Schedules and log listings, and understanding the associated log working and packaging schedule. The ideal candidate will hold a diploma or equivalent technical degree in Construction Management, Infrastructure Management, Architecture, or Interior Designing, along with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. Key skills required for this role include excellent drafting abilities, a good grasp of architectural working and construction drawings, and proficiency in software such as MS Office, AutoCAD, and Sketchup. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, and the work location is in person. A diploma is preferred for education qualifications, and candidates with 1 year of total work experience will be preferred.,
