You will be responsible for scrutinizing the originals against copies to ensure that notarization/apostille requirements are met. In case of any discrepancies, it will be your duty to log them and coordinate with clients/counselors for rectification. Ensuring secure storage and return protocols for sensitive documents will also be part of your daily tasks. It will be important to update verification checklists as regulations change and support QA audits by maintaining detailed records.
