Job Title: BIM Modeler Architecture & MEP No. of Positions: 25 Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years Employment Type: Full-Time Work Location: Chennai (On-site only, no remote/WFH) Company: BIM Global Solutions Email to Apply: hr@bimgs.com Start Date: Immediate Salary: Best in industry Key Responsibilities: Develop accurate and detailed BIM models for Architectural and MEP systems using Autodesk Revit. Create custom Revit families as required by project needs. Extract BOQs and material take-offs from models. Produce high-quality sections, elevations, and 2D documentation . Conduct clash detection using tools like Navisworks and participate in clash coordination . Prepare precise shop drawings and construction-level documentation up to LOD 500 . Apply proper tagging, annotation, and dimensioning to all model outputs. Set up and manage sheet layout and sheet sets per project standards. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to maintain model integrity and compliance with BIM standards. Required Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields. Minimum 2 years experience in BIM Modeling for Architecture and/or MEP . Strong command over Autodesk Revit , Navisworks , and BIM 360 . Proven experience across LOD 300 to LOD 500 stages. Working knowledge of clash detection, BOQ preparation, shop drawings, and drawing documentation . Clear understanding of BIM workflows , tagging , and sheet setting standards . Strong coordination, time management, and communication skills. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of AutoCAD, Dynamo, or other scripting tools for BIM automation. Exposure to international BIM standards (AIA, ISO 19650, PAS 1192). Experience working on multidisciplinary projects is a plus.
