1. WBS and BOM Management Develop and maintain a detailed Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for tyres and wheels systems (including tubeless tyres, alloy/spoke wheels, valves, rim bands, wheel hubs, etc.). Create and manage part structures and BOMs (Bill of Materials) within PLM systems (e.g., Teamcenter, Windchill). Ensure alignment of the WBS with overall vehicle architecture and system hierarchy. 2. Product Development Support Collaborate with Design Engineers and CAE teams to ensure design feasibility, manufacturability, and performance of tyres and wheels. Support in DFMEA/PFMEA for wheel & tyre systems. Coordinate release and update of CAD models and drawings into the PLM system. 3. Sourcing & Supplier Coordination Interface with the sourcing team to identify suitable suppliers for tyres, rims, and related parts. Ensure timely delivery of parts for prototype and production builds. Validate supplier part numbers and ensure alignment with internal part codes. 4. Testing & Validation Support Work with testing teams to track DVP (Design Validation Plan) and test results of tyres and wheels. Assist in root cause analysis in case of any field failures or test rejections related to tyres/wheels. Track homologation and certification-related documentation. 5. Change Management & Documentation Manage part change requests (ECR/ECO) related to tyres and wheels. Maintain traceability of revisions and changes through the product lifecycle. Ensure documentation complies with internal quality and compliance standards
