You will be responsible for end-to-end Quality Assurance for the product. This includes collaborating with stakeholders such as Team members, Development Team, Tech Architect, Design teams, and other involved teams to understand, prioritize, and resolve product requirements and issues. Your role will involve driving Test Efficiency Effectiveness Goals, conducting Triage, investigation, and debugging of issues, as well as setting up/improving existing practices and processes for quality and its adoption. It is essential to lead by example, set appropriate culture and values, and work as a mentor to junior team members. You will be expected to complete projects by coordinating resources and timeline without compromising on quality, while also clearly communicating and providing constructive feedback on issues, risks, and concerns to both the QA team and management. Primary Skills and Requirements: - Overall experience of 6-8 years with a minimum of 3 years of experience in QA Automation. - Proficiency in developing test deliverables such as test plans, test cases, test data, and traceability matrix. - Familiarity with various test design techniques and ensuring defects are tracked, reviewed, prioritized, and triaged with assigned resources for resolution. - Experience in defining scope, objectives, creating Test Plan, Design documents, reviewing test cases, and executing tests. - Knowledge of product development life cycle and test cycles (e.g., unit, integration, smoke), including test approach and case review. - Strong understanding of Web & Mobile Application Testing, Localization/Internationalization/Globalization Testing, and API Testing. - Proficiency in test management/bug tracking tools. - Strong leadership, presentation, and communication skills, along with critical thinking skills and attention to detail. - Ability to manage work pressure and tight deadlines. Good To Have: - Experience in Testing Content Management Systems. - Experience in Testing Customer Relationship Management Applications.,
