You will be responsible for managing vendor relationships and coordinating projects for translation, voice-over, and video production services in various languages, both national and international. Your role will involve working with global vendors, assigning work to localization resources, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality media content. Key Responsibilities: Vendor Management: - Identify, evaluate, and onboard national and international vendors, freelancers, and language experts for localization services. - Negotiate vendor contracts, pricing agreements, and service level agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality. - Monitor vendor performance through KPIs and resolve any issues that may arise. - Conduct performance reviews and ensure vendors adhere to agreed-upon SLAs. Resource Allocation: - Plan and allocate resources based on project requirements. - Ensure adequate resource availability for managing multiple projects across different languages. - Monitor workload distribution and maintain a resource database for efficient project management. Samples Management: - Maintain voice-over and translation artists samples along with rate cards. - Track artists" availability schedule and share samples with CRM team or clients as required. - Code artist samples and maintain their tracker regularly. Project Management: - Assign work to linguists, voice-over artists, and translators. - Brief artists/vendors on project requirements and timelines. - Share audio files with the production team for editing and final delivery. Project Coordination: - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project needs and allocate resources accordingly. - Track project progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and budgets. - Provide regular updates on project timelines and potential risks. Quality Assurance and Compliance: - Ensure localized content complies with cultural, legal, and regulatory standards. - Oversee quality control processes to ensure accuracy and adherence to client specifications. Cost and Budget Management: - Develop and manage budgets for localization projects. - Optimize resource allocation for cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. Process Improvement: - Evaluate and improve vendor coordination processes to meet growing demands. - Implement tools and workflows to enhance localization efficiency and consistency in project delivery. Skills and Qualifications: - Minimum 3 years of experience in vendor management and project coordination within the media industry. - Proficiency in CRM tools, Project Management Tools (Hubspot, Jira), CAT Tools (SMARTCAT, SDL Trados), Business Communication Platforms (Slack, Flock), and QA Tools (Verifika, X-Bench). - Familiarity with AI-driven localization tools and expertise in localization services. - Strong organizational, communication, negotiation skills, and leadership abilities. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
