Localization Project Manager & Project Coordinator

This will be a contract (full-time) remote-working position.I am open to applicants from anywhere in Asia.

Key Responsibilities

1. Help the sales team develop custom solutions for prospects and clients.
2. Prepare quotes, schedules, and project plans for new and existing customers.
3. Develop and nurture strong customer relationships with your assigned customers.
4. Plan, execute, and monitor projects to meet quality, budget, and deadline expectations.
5. Own and be responsible for your project's financials.
6. Understand how to use CAT and TMS tools to automate tasks effectively.

Experience

1. 5+ years localization project management experience for the Project Manager role.
2. 2+ years for the project coordinator role.
3. Strong technical capability:familiarity with TMS and CAT tools.
4. Outstanding communication skills.
5. Excellent customer service focus.
6. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
7. English fluency, verbal and written.
8. Chinese fluency, written and verbal, is desirable but not essential
