We aggregate multiple AI models to break language barriers and unlock the full potential of content for global audiences. Location: Mumbai or Ahmedabad We are seeking an experienced Product Development Lead to own delivery and guide the development team. You will be responsible for technical leadership, ensuring high-quality code delivery, and driving the development of our core platform capabilities with multimodal LLMs and AI-powered localisation services. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership - Own end-to-end delivery of development sprints and ensure timely, quality releases - Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and code reviews - Define technical architecture decisions and maintain coding standards across the platform - Drive best practices for software development, testing, and deployment processes Project Management & Delivery - Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications - Break down complex features into manageable development tasks and user stories - Ensure sprint goals are met and identify/mitigate technical risks early - Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including AI/ML engineers, QA, and DevOps Platform Development - Lead development of core platform features and AI-powered capabilities - Oversee the implementation of platform functionality and third-party integrations - Guide the development of intelligent automation and analysis tools - Ensure scalable integration of AI services and APIs across the platform Team Development - Build and scale the engineering team through hiring, onboarding, and performance management - Foster a collaborative development culture focused on innovation and quality - Provide technical mentorship and career development guidance to team members - Establish processes for knowledge sharing and continuous learning Technical Requirements Core Technologies - Overall Experience: 8-10+ years of full-stack development experience - Backend: Strong experience with Python and Django framework - Frontend: Proficiency with Next.js and modern React development - Database: Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB and database optimisation - Cloud: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud architecture - Infrastructure: Linux system administration and DevOps practices AI/ML Integration - Experience integrating AI/ML models and APIs into production applications - Understanding of speech recognition, NLP, and computer vision technologies - Knowledge of Azure Cognitive Services, OpenAI APIs, or similar AI platforms - Familiarity with multimodal AI systems and content analysis tools Additional Skills - Experience with media processing, video/audio handling, and streaming technologies - Knowledge of localisation workflows, translation management systems, or subtitle formats - Understanding of marketplace platforms and multi-tenant SaaS architectures - Experience with microservices, API design, and third-party integrations Leadership Experience - 5+ years of technical leadership or team lead experience - Proven track record of delivering complex software projects on time - Experience managing development teams of 5-10 engineers - Strong communication skills for stakeholder management and technical presentations - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint planning Industry Experience (Preferred) - Background in media technology, content management, or localisation platforms - Experience with B2B SaaS platforms serving multiple entity types - Knowledge of the localisation industry, translation workflows, or media production - Understanding of compliance requirements for enterprise clients What We Offer - Competitive compensation package - Opportunity to lead technical innovation in the rapidly growing localisation industry - Work with cutting-edge AI technologies and multimodal language models - Lead a talented team building products used by media houses and content creators globally - Flexible work arrangements and professional development opportunities - Direct impact on product strategy and technical roadmap,
