The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong background in Architecture and Architectural Design, experience in Project Management, and leading design projects. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, along with proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. A commitment to sustainability and local craftsmanship is required, as well as a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in an architectural role is also preferred.,
