As a Business Development Manager at CollegeBatch, an Ed-Tech platform established in 2017, your main responsibility will be to generate business from various Colleges and Universities. Your role will involve establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key authorities of educational institutions to facilitate business collaborations. This position is based in Jaipur and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B Sales. Your key responsibilities will include conducting market research to identify potential clients, acquiring new business through cold calling and meetings (both online and offline), and offering solutions to client queries while providing necessary after-sales support. You will be expected to understand client requirements, prepare proposals, and oversee the execution of Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs). Keeping detailed records of sales activities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and following up with potential clients to foster long-term partnerships are crucial aspects of this role. To excel in this position, you should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and be a proactive team player with a high level of dedication and a willingness to learn. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Excel is required, along with the availability of a Car or 2 wheeler for local travel.
