Preferred candidate profile: We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Product Manager with hands-on experience in Home Loans (HL), MSME Loans, and Unsecured Loan products . The ideal candidate should combine customer-centric thinking, financial acumen, and execution excellence to build innovative loan products, drive product and portfolio sales , and scale business growth in compliance with regulatory standards. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Product Lifecycle Management Oversee the complete product lifecycle from ideation, design, launch, and growth to maturity, ensuring relevance and profitability at each stage. Competitive Analysis & Market Research Conduct primary and secondary research to analyze competitors, identify product differentiators, assess target segments, and determine effective communication and distribution channels. Sales Support & Enablement Collaborate with the sales team to help achieve targets by refining product features, offerings, and positioning to meet customer needs and drive business acquisition. P&L Management Own and manage the P&L of assigned products, ensuring sustainable profitability and alignment with business goals. Portfolio Management Drive portfolio growth and maintain portfolio health by monitoring performance, quality, and profitability metrics. Stakeholder Management – Liaise with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Technology, Credit, Risk, and Compliance teams to design and implement relevant product offerings and initiatives. New Product Development & Process Optimization – Conceptualize and roll out new financial products, while continuously optimizing processes for efficiency, customer experience, and scalability. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of lending products – HL, MSME & Unsecured Loans. Experience in product lifecycle management and portfolio growth . Understanding of credit risk, underwriting, and NBFC/RBI compliance . Ability to drive product & portfolio sales and support customer acquisition. Proficiency in market research, competitor analysis, and P&L management . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills . Excellent stakeholder management across Sales, Tech, Credit & Compliance. Customer-centric mindset with strong communication and execution skills.
