Loan Sales Telecaller

As a Loan Sales Telecaller, you will be responsible for connecting with potential and existing customers over the dialer to promote and sell loan products offered by SP Finnacle. Your role involves explaining loan products, assessing customer needs, and guiding them through the application process. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote various loan products (personal loans, business loans, etc.). Follow up on leads generated via marketing campaigns, digital platforms, or referrals. Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, documentation, interest rates, and terms to customers. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate loan options. Assist customers in completing loan applications and gathering required documentation. Maintain accurate records of calls and update the CRM system. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and call metrics. Handle customer queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner. Coordinate with the back-office and verification teams to ensure smooth loan disbursal.
