Role Responsibilities:

  • Source HL/LAP business via connectors and ABG dealer network
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and cross-sell financial products
  • Maintain customer relationships and ensure lead conversions
  • Monitor CIBIL, documentation, and eligibility compliance

Key Deliverables:

  • Drive LAP/HL disbursements from designated geographies
  • Expand sourcing from ABG ecosystem and dealer network
  • Track performance metrics and ensure goal alignment
  • Prepare to manage team by next financial cycle
