Loss Mitigation QC & Loss Mitigation: To have an E2E Birds Eye view of the Default Servicing cycle of US Mortgage Loan Operations. To have fair knowledge on Underwriting & Closing process in Loss Mitigation Capable of reviewing and quality check files related to LM and UW Should be able to work on various loan divisions such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, USDA & Asset Loans Performing income calculations (Pay stubs, Self-employment, Rental Income, Pension/SSI) based on the guidelines and Mortgage Application Assistance hardship requirements in underwriting process. In Depth knowledge in Listing agreement, HUD1-settlement statement and Purchase contract, Divorce/ Separation agreement, Quit Claim Deed, LOE, POE & Child Support. To have an E2E knowledge on loan default cycle To have knowledge on DTI, CLTV, HCLTV calculations To have knowledge on Forbearance, Forbearance extension and Extension of Forbearance. Hawkeye for perfection in QC is required. To have E2E knowledge in closing and knowledge on loan mitigation closing is required. Exposure of working on checklists is an added advantage. **An Exposure to tools like MSP Blacknight Director -7, AIQ, repay shall be an added advantage**

Proven experience in customer service or complaints handling. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Good customer service attitude. Stress tolerance - Ability to work accurately under pressure. Good Team Player Willingness to work in night shifts(8.30 pm IST to 6:30 am IST) Experience in a regulated industry, understanding compliance and legal implications of customer complaints. Role & responsibilities Review of the foreclosure milestones and taking necessary actions to mitigate any delays in foreclosure process. Coordinate with the foreclosure attorney firm to meet the foreclosure timelines. Review loans with foreclosure sale and request for all relevant documents to prepare the bidding instructions. Complete the assigned workflows to place foreclosures on hold or resume foreclosures, send close & bill instructions to foreclosure attorney firm where applicable. Generate judgment figures and reinstatement figures to be sent to foreclosure attorney firm. Prepare documents for execution along the foreclosure process. Review loans which are eligible for foreclosure. Ensure all assigned cases are worked in accordance with regulatory, investor/insurer, and Trust Policy requirements and timelines.
