Loan Manager - Hyderabad

The job involves sourcing and acquiring gold loan customers at their doorsteps. You will be responsible for appraising gold ornaments, verifying KYC, and disbursing loans within the assigned territory. Generating leads through existing customers/database, ensuring productivity and revenue generation, and building long-term relationships with high net worth individuals are key responsibilities. You will also coordinate with stakeholders for grievance handling and strictly adhere to organizational processes, policies, and guidelines. Requirements include being a graduate with a minimum of 1-year experience in gold valuation or sales in a gold loans firm, possessing good sales skills, being willing to travel within the assigned territory/cluster, and providing door-to-door services to customers.
