Dear Candidate, We are hiring for Mortgage Post Closing Loan Delivery| Bangalore for Bengaluru Location. Any graduate can apply Job Title: Analyst Grade: G Job Category: Analyst Function/Department: Operations Reporting to: Team Leader Role Description: As an analyst, the role of the individual is to duties with utmost dedication and concentration. It required to thoroughly review the loan, and relevant documents to assess the valid bundle for the investor. Need to show best document knowledge and interacting with concerned department to obtain required information. Also, perform timely follow ups with the concern department to ensure the information is from acceptable source and accurate. Roles & Responsibilities: This procedure provides instructions for conducting an audit of the closing documents and finalizing the loan record to ensure a compliant and saleable loan. PDF creation of delivery package in its entirety based on Investor checklist requirements. Docs needs to review as per the Post Closing checklist - major docs are SI w/ Rider(s), Note, Deed, POA, Final CD, FHA/VA Case No., Notice of Right to Cancel, HOI, Flood Cert/ Insurance, 1003, Tax Info Sheet, Title Docs, PMI, Appraisal w/ Completion Report, Name Affidavit, 4506-T, UW Conditions After completing the checklist review and document verification, loan delivery package is built which includes the Signed 1003, Closing package, HMDA letter, Investor letter, Hazard letter, E-Consent (if available), and Wells submission summary (if available) which would be marked as ready to ship. Once the loan is reviewed based on the PC checklist, the package is delivered to Fannie/Freddie/ or the Investor on their portal and shipping details are filled up which includes - Actual Ship Date, Investor Loan# and Post Closer name. Liaise with others within the process in the event to deliver packages and work on the rush request. Clear Communication - during all conversations with employers, clients and internal managers or stakeholders, uses clear communication that delivers information and solutions in an easy manner. Teamwork consistently work together, trust each other, and engage in constructive conversations for the good of the team. ROLE HOLDER PROFILE A. Preferred educational qualifications: Minimum 10+2+3 passed B. Preferred work experience: Experienced with minimum 1 year of experience in a Mortgage Post Closing process Loan Delivery. C. Skills and Competencies: Good Verbal and written communication i. Functional / Technical: Computer literate eg. Outlook, Word, Internet Explorer Typing skills: Process specific cut offs Good written & spoken English communication (B2) ii.
