As a Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Loan Processor & Closer at AVANA Companies, you will be an integral part of the loan origination and closing process. Your responsibilities will include preparing loan files, performing financial statement analysis, and assisting with credit decision data entry. Key Responsibilities: - Collection of Borrower and Property Information: - Provide excellent customer service to various stakeholders involved in the loan process. - Gather necessary borrower, guarantor, and property information for the loan file. - Coordinate with third-party vendors for required reports. - Ensure timely receipt and review of all necessary documentation. - Verification of Loan Information: - Maintain accurate and complete loan files. - Review and verify borrower information for consistency and completeness. - Proactively address potential issues to ensure smooth underwriting. - Loan Closings: - Act as the primary point of contact between all parties involved in the closing process. - Coordinate due diligence materials and manage the closing process. - Collaborate with legal counsel, underwriters, and internal teams for timely preparation of loan documents. - Ensure all pre-closing conditions are met and address last-minute changes for on-time closings. - Manage proper recording of legal documents and post-closing requirements. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate loan closings or related field. - Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, business administration, or related field preferred. - Strong understanding of business financial statements, tax returns, and credit reports. - Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple closings simultaneously.
