As a skilled and experienced JCB Operator, your role will involve operating JCB machinery to assist in various construction and site development projects. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the equipment while following company and safety guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Operate JCB equipment including backhoe loaders, excavators, and other heavy machinery as required. - Perform excavation, grading, trenching, and loading tasks as per project requirements. - Conduct daily inspection and routine maintenance of equipment to ensure proper functioning. - Load and unload materials safely and efficiently. - Follow site plans, blueprints, and technical drawings provided by engineers or supervisors. - Work in coordination with other site workers and ensure timely completion of tasks. - Ensure safety of self and others on the job site by adhering to safety standards and regulations. - Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the equipment. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a JCB Operator or in a similar role in the construction industry. - Valid license/certification to operate heavy equipment. - Ability to read and understand construction plans and instructions. - Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures on construction sites. - Physically fit and able to work in various weather and site conditions. - Good communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Skills: - Multi-machine operating ability (e.g., bulldozers, cranes, etc.) - Experience in both residential and commercial construction projects. - Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment troubleshooting.
