Handling COD amounts and handing over undelivered shipments to the supervisor promptly are integral parts of the job. Maintaining a proper dress code and carrying field bags at all delivery points is necessary for this role. When it comes to pickups, you must adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Timely pickups at customer locations based on cut-off timings are essential. Verifying serviceable locations, counting shipments, and obtaining acknowledgments on pickup sheets are part of the pickup process. Upon returning to the office, you are responsible for inscanning the shipments and handling rapid entry.
