As a Technical Manpower, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for Demand Side Management (DSM) programs based on customer knowledge and market research. Your main duties will include implementing at least 4 demand side measures and facilitating consultants in conducting field performance measurement and data collection for load research, with the submission of reports to the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE). You will also be tasked with preparing utility, technology, and customer data for DSM analysis, evaluating options and selecting DSM programs, developing partnerships, administrative procedures, promotion strategies, and evaluation plans for the DSM program and other DSM schemes. Your role will involve assisting in the development and implementation of DSM projects for Distribution Companies (DISCOMs), conducting statistical and situational analysis to identify the need for DSM training for DISCOMs officials, formulating draft DSM regulations, and facilitating the adoption of DSM regulations by regulators. Furthermore, you will provide support to DISCOMs in the Bureau of Energy Efficiency's Perform, Achieve, and Trade (PAT) program, as well as in energy accounting and compliance with the provisions of the Electricity Act, 2001. Additionally, you will handle any other tasks assigned by the BEE and DISCOM/State Designated Agency (SDA). Qualifications for this role include a BTech degree in Electrical / Electronics & Energy or a B. Tech in other branches with a Master's degree in Energy / Power / Renewable Energy, along with certification as an Energy Manager or Energy Auditor. Location: Ahmedabad CTC: 8 to 10 LPA,
