As a QA Manager with over 10 years of experience, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance protocols and procedures. Your role will involve conducting root cause analysis to address quality issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality throughout the design and post-production phases. Internal and external audits to ensure regulatory compliance will also be a part of your responsibilities. You will analyze quality data to identify trends for improvement, oversee testing processes including automated and manual testing, and prepare quality documentation and reports. Training staff on quality standards, collaborating with vendors and customers to address quality-related issues, and leading efforts to implement process improvements will be crucial aspects of your role. Exposure to testing SPA, responsive web applications, mobile apps, cross-browser compatibility, scriptless/codeless test automation platforms, load testing tools, security testing, and leading a team of QA Engineers are also important qualifications. As a QA Manager, you should possess competencies such as the ability to work independently and collaboratively, self-motivation, and strong written and oral communication skills. The ultimate goal is to ensure that our software systems run smoothly and can handle high loads and stress environments. Responsibilities: Design and execute performance testing strategies and tests Interpret test results and prepare detailed reports. Identify system bottlenecks and find solutions to performance issues. Work closely with developers to ensure performance standards are met. Collaborate with the product team to understand software scenarios, user requirements, and predict potential real-world issues. Conduct various types of performance tests such as load testing, stress testing, volume testing, and endurance testing. Analyze test results and coordinate with development teams for bug fixes.
