We are seeking experienced and motivated Dispatchers for our US/Canada Based Logistics Process. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, detail-oriented, goal-driven, and possess excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Proficiency in ACE/ACI manifest, In Bond shipments, and load clearance. - Tech-savvy with the ability to manage emails, calls, and software entries. - Sending Dispatch Instructions to drivers. - Tracking drivers and providing Customers with timely updates including ETAs. - GPS monitoring of trucks to minimize Truck Idling and ensure efficient dispatch management. - Utilizing ELD to coordinate the next dispatch. - Planning dispatch for the following day with the assigned trucks and drivers. - Familiarity with geographical mapping of Canada and the US. - Capable of working both independently and in a team-oriented environment. This is a Full-time, Permanent position with the following schedule options: - Monday to Friday - Morning shift - Night shift - Weekend availability Additional Benefits: - Performance bonus. Location Requirement: - Ability to commute/relocate to Mohali - 140308, Punjab before starting work. Experience: - 1 year of total work experience preferred. Language Skills: - Proficiency in English preferred. Shift Availability: - Night Shift required. - Overnight Shift preferred.,
