Improving Functionality of system while reducing cost of project ( Value Engineering) * Coordinate with contracts and be with contracts for all meetings for vendor and system finalization * Be in touch with vendor till he delivers right GFC drawings to site e.g. OWC, STP, Transformers, DG sets, Lightning arrestor, Solar etc all * Coordinate with purchase for all specific purchases for pumps, electrical panels, specific components etc all * Compute, document and present all data required for project EC/EIA * Coordination for each and every services drawing till the drawing is released as GFC and suggest revisions if any * Do the SOS site visits and guide the site team to get the job done perfectly * Coordinate with site execution team to solve any of the concerns faced by them and resolve it in the most appropriate way * Get the drawings/BOQ from the consultant, evaluate it and share with concerned departments * Suggest different materials/systems so as we can get the job done in a faster and easier and yet economical way * All sorts of liaison for services to have drawings and data checked such as electrical load application for project load and construction load, for Fire NOCs check the work done and make sure the working/data/drawings as in sync with NOCs received.
