Load and Performance Tester

We are seeking a skilled Load and Performance Tester with 4+ years of experience in JMeter and LoadRunner for a full-time, hybrid role at AppTestify. This role involves designing, developing, and executing performance tests to ensure the scalability, stability, and reliability of systems under load. As a key member of the testing team, you will be responsible for formulating test strategies, executing load and performance tests, and analyzing performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and areas for optimization. Immediate joiners will be given priority. Some remote work is acceptable for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and execute load and performance tests using tools like JMeter and LoadRunner. - Formulate effective performance testing strategies to ensure system scalability and stability. - Conduct test execution, including load and stress testing, and analyze results to identify performance bottlenecks. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal system performance and resolve performance issues. - Provide detailed reports on performance metrics, test results, and recommendations for system optimization. - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and performance testing tools. Qualifications: - 4+ years of experience with JMeter and LoadRunner for load and performance testing. - Proven ability to create and execute load testing and performance testing strategies. - Strong analytical skills and experience in analyzing performance test results. - Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. - Familiarity with other performance testing tools and methodologies is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Immediate joiners are preferred.,
