Preparing and submitting as-built drawings Understanding the budget related activities such as work plan, direct cost, indirect cost, MIS (Management Information System) and cash flow summary. Resource planning - compilation of resource requirement (manpower, material and equipment) Analyzing rates obtained for resources. Roles and Responsibilities 02 Ongoing evaluation of project activities Preparation of project progress Report in terms of adherence to timelines, turnover, profitability, and cash flow Preparation of equipment performance report against norms Preparation of material consumption report including allocation and wastage and assisting Quantity Survey (QS) Identification of avenues for cost reduction. Coordinating with construction department for daily activities and directing the construction activities towards milestone & subsystem completion with respect to commissioning. Comparison of actual progress vs budgeted progress with the help of S-curve. 1 About the position: The Turnaround Cost Estimator (TCE) is a team member of the Maintenance and Turnaround organization within the Chevron ENGINE.
