The primary functions of the role include Student Counseling, Study Abroad Sales, and Test-Prep Advisory. As a Sales & Counseling expert, your responsibilities will include building and managing a strong sales pipeline, converting leads, meeting/exceeding monthly targets, making outbound calls, guiding students/parents through the international admissions process, promoting Premium Admission Consulting and Test-Prep services, upselling and cross-selling relevant offerings, ensuring compliance and documentation, maintaining post-sales support, handling escalations, and ensuring 100% client satisfaction. To be successful in this role, you should be passionate about Sales and Counseling, enjoy engaging with people via calls/online platforms, be a fast learner with a growth mindset, and continuously seek better ways to do things. Preferred background includes prior experience in Study Abroad Consulting or Overseas Education Firms, familiarity with Test-Prep Institutes, and a proven track record in selling education packages or providing academic counseling.
