We are seeking a visionary Generative AI Architect at the Manager level to join PwC US - Acceleration Center. In this leadership position, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge Generative AI solutions using technologies such as Azure OpenAI Service, GPT models, and multi-agent frameworks. Your role will involve driving innovation through scalable cloud architectures, optimizing AI infrastructure, and leading cross-functional teams in deploying transformative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Generative AI technologies, data engineering, Agentic AI, and cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure, with a strong emphasis on operational excellence and ethical AI practices. Responsibilities: - **Architecture Design:** Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures for Generative AI applications. Integrate Generative AI models into existing platforms and lead the development of AI agents capable of orchestrating multi-step tasks. - **Model Development And Deployment:** Fine-tune pre-trained generative models, develop data collection and preparation strategies, and deploy appropriate Generative AI frameworks. - **Innovation And Strategy:** Stay updated on the latest Generative AI advancements, recommend innovative applications, and define and execute AI strategy roadmaps. - **Collaboration And Leadership:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor team members, and lead a team of data scientists, GenAI engineers, devops, and software developers. - **Performance Optimization:** Monitor and optimize the performance of AI models, agents, and systems to ensure robustness and accuracy, as well as optimize computational costs and infrastructure utilization. - **Ethical And Responsible AI:** Ensure compliance with ethical AI practices, data privacy regulations, and governance frameworks, and implement safeguards against bias and misuse. Requirements: - Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Data Science, or related field. - 8+ years of relevant technical/technology experience, with expertise in GenAI projects. - Advanced programming skills in Python and fluency in data processing frameworks like Apache Spark. - Experience with GenAI foundational models and open-source models. - Proficiency in system design for Agentic architecture and real-time data processing systems. - Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and containerization technologies. - Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical abilities. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Nice To Have Skills: - Experience with technologies like Datadog and Splunk. - Familiarity with emerging Model Context Protocols and dynamic tool integration. - Relevant solution architecture certificates and continuous professional development in data engineering and GenAI.
