Role Overview: Join our dynamic team as a Reference Data Product Owner Vice President within CAS Change team, where innovation meets excellence in the strategic reference data solutions for the Markets business. You will lead the design and implementation of transformative initiatives in Account and Standing Settlement Instruction (SSI) reference data, contributing significantly to our global operations. Key Responsibilities: - Own the end-to-end delivery of projects, documenting user stories and acceptance criteria, and managing the product backlog efficiently. - Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and participate in agile ceremonies to ensure coherent design solutions. - Identify problems, risks, and dependencies, adhering to Agile principles, data quality, risk, and control standards. - Coordinate release plans, monitor deliverable success, and seek opportunities for process improvement. - Develop SME knowledge, apply strategic foresight, and drive change solutions effectively. Qualification Required: - Proven track record in product development/Change management. - Working knowledge of Alteryx, Tableau, JIRA, LLM Suite, Confluence, and Agile methodology. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences. - Background in Financial Services, experience in the reference data domain, exposure to Project Management methodologies, and some testing functionality exposure are preferred.,
