We are looking for a strategic, results-oriented, and hands-on Vice President of AI and Automation to spearhead our intelligent automation initiatives. Your main responsibility will be to develop a strategy that leverages AI for transformative business process automation. Leading a world-class team, you will be involved in designing, building, and implementing sophisticated AI and automation solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and gain a significant competitive edge. You will Lead & Inspire by managing, mentoring, and nurturing a high-performing team of AI and automation engineers. Your role will involve fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and execution within the team. Additionally, you will Architect the Future by designing and overseeing the implementation of core AI and automation platforms, including advanced Agentic Architectures that facilitate complex, autonomous workflows. Driving LLM Strategy will be another crucial aspect of your role, where you will lead the strategic selection, tuning, optimization, and testing of Large Language Models (LLMs). This includes establishing best practices for advanced Prompt Engineering and constructing robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to ensure the accuracy and relevancy of our models. Operational Excellence is key, and you will champion a robust MLOps culture by implementing top-notch processes for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management. Ensuring the security of our AI systems will be part of your responsibilities. You will define and enforce state-of-the-art LLM Security protocols to safeguard against adversarial attacks, uphold data privacy, and preserve model integrity. Scaling with the Cloud is also essential, where you will own the Cloud Architecture strategy for all AI and automation workloads, ensuring scalability, cost-effectiveness, and resilience on platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure. To excel in this role, you should have over 10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a hands-on senior leadership position managing AI, ML, or automation-focused teams. Deep expertise in the modern AI stack, including LLMs, RAG systems, and vector databases, is required. You should also possess demonstrated experience in designing and building complex systems using Agentic Architecture and multi-agent frameworks. An expert-level understanding of MLOps principles and tools, such as Kubeflow, MLflow, and Seldon Core, is essential. A strong background in designing and managing scalable Cloud Architecture for AI applications along with in-depth knowledge of LLM Security best practices is also necessary for this role.,
