As an AI/ML Ops Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development, deployment, and operationalization of machine learning and large language model (LLM) systems. Your responsibilities will include building scalable ML pipelines, implementing intelligent retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) capabilities, and deploying services to support intelligent enterprise applications. Your key responsibilities will involve developing and maintaining machine learning models to predict user behavior using structured time-series data. You will also be tasked with constructing and optimizing end-to-end regression pipelines utilizing advanced libraries like CatBoost, XGBoost, and LightGBM. Additionally, designing and implementing RAG pipelines for enterprise chatbot systems, integrating external APIs into LLM workflows, and packaging and deploying ML services will be part of your daily tasks. To excel in this role, you should be proficient in languages such as Python, Bash, and SQL, and have experience with ML libraries like scikit-learn, PyTorch, and TensorFlow. Familiarity with tools such as LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, and Docker, as well as vector databases like FAISS and Weaviate, will be beneficial. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable CI/CD deployment and version control practices is also essential. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in ML Ops, AI infrastructure, or productionizing ML models, along with a strong grasp of large-scale ML system design and deployment strategies. Experience working with vector databases and LLM-based applications in production environments will be advantageous. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, requiring at least 2-4 years of experience in AI/ML operations. Preferred qualifications include 3 years of experience in AI/ML, ML Ops, and Python, and 1 year of experience with AWS.
