Sphere handles millions of conversations, transactions, and decision-making momentsmaking it one of the most critical and high-revenue systems in our ecosystem. In this role, you will lead the development of scalable backend systems that enable natural, secure, and context-aware AI interactions. Youll work at the intersection of real-time systems, speech infrastructure , and agentic AI orchestration , helping define how end users and institutions experience AI across voice and chat interfaces.
