To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and have at least 1 year of recent experience in public accounting. Preference will be given to candidates with a CA, CPA, or EA qualification. Strong technical skills in public accounting, particularly in taxes for real estate companies, private equity companies, partnerships, and/or LLCs, are essential for success in this role.
