As a member of the newly formed automation team at our company, you will collaborate with multi-functional collaborators to identify and drive the development of solutions aimed at optimizing processes, identifying new growth areas, increasing efficiency, and decreasing cycle time through various automation methods. Your role will involve designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven solutions to automate complex enterprise processes and enhance operational excellence. It is essential to have prior deep expertise in building technology-driven solutions that address business problems effectively, resulting in increased efficiencies. You will be responsible for building intelligent workflows using frameworks like LangChain/LambdaIndex, integrating platforms like Cisco Webex. Additionally, you will create AI agents using frameworks like Crew AI to drive automation and enhance decision-making processes. Proficiency in React JS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS will be crucial for ensuring seamless front-end development of AI solutions. Experience in implementing solutions with LLMs like ChatGPT, LLAMA 2/3, and prompt engineering is critical for building advanced AI solutions. Moreover, expertise in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, scikit-learn, PyTorch, classic ML algorithms, NLP understanding platforms, and deep learning techniques will be necessary to drive innovative AI strategies. Knowledge of databases like Snowflake, SQL, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and microservices architecture is essential for building scalable solutions that align with the company's deployment architecture to optimize integration and operational efficiency. You will have the opportunity to work with senior leadership and engage in multi-functional programs, influencing the business globally. Experience in supporting senior leadership teams as a business partner, familiarity with software and SaaS business models, and hands-on experience with automation tools like RPA, Dagster, Selenium, and NiFi are also essential.
